By accessing our website or placing an order—whether through our website or during a TikTok Live sale—you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.

Products & Services

We offer screen print transfers and completed apparel, including but not limited to t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies. Many of our products are custom, made-to-order, or produced in limited quantities. Product images and mockups are for reference only. Actual colors and placement may vary slightly due to screen settings and production methods.

Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to review all order details for accuracy before completing a purchase, including sizes, colors, quantities, and spelling. Once an order has been placed and production has begun, changes, cancellations, or modifications cannot be guaranteed.

TikTok Live Orders

Orders placed during TikTok Live sales are subject to the same policies as website orders, with the following additional terms: All live sale orders are considered final once submitted. Customers are responsible for confirming design selection, sizes, colors, and quantities during the live sale. Due to the fast-paced nature of live selling, order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Any claims regarding defects, missing items, or order issues must be reported within the timeframes outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order during a TikTok Live, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Processing & Shipping

Order processing and shipping timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy and apply to all orders. In-stock items ship the next business day. Restocked items ship within 5–7 business days. Shipping carriers include USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the product. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships and is also available through your customer account. Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues once an order is in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Shipping Damage

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items damaged during shipping. Any shipping-related damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our return and refund guidelines are outlined in our Return & Refund Policy and apply to all purchases. Screen print transfers are non-refundable and non-returnable. Completed apparel may be eligible for a refund or exchange only if defective due to an error on our part and reported within the stated timeframe. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or misuse are not eligible.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order on our website or through any live sales platform, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any order concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks filed for the following reasons will be considered invalid and may be disputed with supporting documentation: Failure to review order details prior to purchase Buyer’s remorse Incorrect size, color, or design selection Shipping delays caused by the carrier Damage occurring during shipping Orders confirmed and submitted through the website or live sales We reserve the right to provide payment processors with order confirmation, tracking information, delivery confirmation, photos, live sale recordings, and acknowledgment of our posted policies when disputing chargebacks. Excessive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in: Denial of future purchases Order cancellation at our discretion Permanent restriction from purchasing from our website or live sales This policy is in place to protect our business from misuse and ensure fair transactions for all customers.

All designs, artwork, logos, photos, product descriptions, and content on this website are the intellectual property of our business and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
