Order Processing & Turnaround Time

~In-stock screen print transfers and finished apparel ship the next business day.
~Items that are not currently in stock and require restocking ship within 5–7 business days.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

~Screen Print Transfers are shipped via USPS. 
~Finished Apparel (t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, etc.) may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on order size, weight, and destination. ~Shipping carrier selection is at our discretion.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You may also log into your account at any time to view your order status and tracking information.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Shipping Damage

Once an order has shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

~We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items damaged during shipping.

~Any shipping-related damage claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

 Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
