We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your order. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Screen Print Transfers:
Due to the custom nature of screen print transfers, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on screen prints.
Please ensure your order details are accurate before completing your purchase.
~If your order arrives damaged (not due to shipping), missing screen prints, or if there is a defective print, you must notify us within three (3) days of receiving your package to discuss options. If the issue is a defective print, we will only reconcile the issue of the screenprint and not any 3rd party items the screen print may have been pressed on such as a shirt. No refunds will be issued due to user error. The resolution decision will be at the discretion of our company, Smack Talk Threads LLC.
~Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Completed Apparel (T-Shirts, Long Sleeve Shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Youth Tees, etc.)
Completed apparel items made using our screen prints may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
~Items must be defective due to an error on our part (printing mistake, damage during production, etc.).
~You must notify us within seven (7) days of receiving your package.
~Items that show signs of wear, washing, or misuse are not eligible.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
~Incorrect size selection
~Color variations due to screen settings
~Buyer’s remorse
~Damage caused after delivery
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
To start a claim, please contact us within the applicable timeframe with:
~Your order number
~A brief description of the issue
~Clear photos showing the defect or damage
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution.
